Welcome to SCCC Cricket Tours, specialising in trips to the beautiful Western Australia. Tour groups can enjoy a hosted trip specifically tailored to suit their budget and requirements. After the four hour flight from Melbourne to Perth the tour party is taken by luxury coach to Scarborough beach one of Perth`s most beautiful locations for a 9 night stay in beachfront accommodation. Groups can look forward to fantastic sightseeing trips, hard fought cricket games, played on turf grass pitches. Coach led practice sessions complemented with guest coaches / speakers, beach fitness sessions and plenty of time to see the local sights on your own in between. Players will be supplied with tour apparel before their departure.

Beachfront Accommodation

Located 50 meters from the beach the Seashells Apartments are an outstanding location to act as tour base overlooking the incredible Indian Ocean. Tour participants are allocated a 2 bedroom apartment ideal for families choosing to make the trip. The 2 pools onsite beautifully complement the nearby beaches and wake up each morning

Matches

There are 4 turf games on tour played against local schools during school time. Despite early starts each day the games are either 45 or 50 over matches played on superb surfaces against tough opposition.

Practices & Father Son Cricket

The infamous dad`s v lads tour game.. To date the dad`s have certainly had the upper hand in tour fixtures past, the most recent fixture in Perth saw the lads go down to a crushing defeat thanks mainly to Super mum Susan Waterfall. Her wickets and 26not out saw the parents easily account for the disappointed lads on tour!!!

WACA Ground Tour

What an unbelievable experience! Get up close and personal with the fastest surfaces in the world. The WACA ground / Museum tour is undoubtedly a tour highlight. Boasting a 3 level manually operated scoreboard the WACA ground is a sight to behold. Walk the walk from the home dressing room that only WA and Australian players take as they prepare to take the field and prepare yourself for a behind the scenes look at one of Australia`s most picturesque grounds

Free time

Away from tour duty there is heaps to see and do. The ocean is literally 1 minute from the apartments and the beaches in Scarborough are second to none. Why not test your balance with a fantastic surfing lesson! There isn’t a shortage of fast food places and restaurants locally, ideal for group meals of a night time or if the lads want to stay by the pool there is always the option of using the onsite BBQ facilities. Freemantle is only a 20 minute drive to the Maritime Museum which includes the sensational HMAS Oven a decommissioned submarine which is a must see. Hillarys Boat Harbour is less than 10 minutes away which is full of idyllic shops and restaurants and is the premier recreational destination for locals and visitors and in the same direction is the sensational ten pin bowling alley. Take your pick!!
